Admission Requirements for 1st grade and up:
All information is considered for an admission decision. Cyprus is designed for students who can go faster or have achieved beyond a typical school. If your child fits into this category, Cyprus is most likely a good place for your child.
1. IQ testing (We will administer Cognitive abilities tests if an IQ test is finanically prohibitive for a family.)
2. Anecdotal information from parents, previous teachers and/or other adults who work closely with a child.
3. Student visit day: We ask that each child visit our school for the day.
4. Cyprus assessment: We conduct an informal in-house assessment of your child's academic achievement and potential pacing while on their visit day.
Kindergarten Admission Requirements:
1. A child must be 4 years old to enter kindergarten. All 4 year old students must be determined to be ready emotionally and socially. If a 4 year old is not yet ready for our elementary program, our preschool program works perfectly for all ability levels and also is ability based. Cyprus has a G/T preschool program.

Tuition
Tuition for the 2012-2013 school year is as follows:
September 6 - June 1
- Full Tuition (Without language emphasis) $10,500
- Partially Subsidized Tuition (Without language emphasis) $7850
- Language Emphasis (Mandarin Chinese or Spanish) $1050
- Elementary Musician Development Program (extended school day): One Instrument: $3230/year
- Financial Assistance is available.
Regular extended care is available before and after school.
Discounts are available for more than one child.
